Share your prescription on WhatsApp, or arrange a doctor visit to obtain one, and we coordinate the fill through a licensed Mexican pharmacy partner and deliver to your villa or suite, working quietly with your staff or concierge.

As required by Mexican law, antibiotics, controlled and many prescription medicines need a valid prescription; we always follow that, and our doctor can help when one is needed.

For larger villas and group stays, we can handle several deliveries to one property at once — useful for wedding parties, family reunions and corporate retreats where someone always forgets a medication or comes down with something.

And if a guest is genuinely unwell rather than just out of a refill, we can send a doctor or a nurse first, so the right care comes before the right medicine. Everything is coordinated through one bilingual point of contact.

Traveling with a group? We can handle multiple deliveries to one property and pair with mobile IV or a doctor visit if anyone is unwell.

We are always transparent about Mexican pharmacy rules and never push medicines that legally require a prescription you do not have — our doctor is there to handle that properly.
